Our MAME Awards Sweep

Every year, home builders throughout Raleigh vie for Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards. Sponsored by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council, this competition has awards for marketing, as well as for home design, personnel, and communities.

With Blue Heron Signature Homes’ modest marketing budget, we did not expect much recognition. However, we were surprised and honored at the most recent MAME Awards to walk away with more awards than any other custom builder that parMAME Awards logo for home building industryticipated. We even won in categories typically dominated by large production builders with whole marketing teams with a much higher budget at their disposal.

Two of our MAME Awards recognized the homes themselves. We won:

• Best Outdoor Living Space by a Custom Home Builder

For marketing, Blue Heron won four highly coveted awards. These included:

• Best Overall Marketing Campaign.

Raleigh is full of custom builders, and we very much appreciated that we stood out from the pack. We feel these wins celebrate the houses themselves, not our marketing.
